What is E-Sevai Pro?
Introduction · Overview
E-Sevai Pro is a complete digital operating system for service centers — E-Sevai, CSC, browsing centers and online service providers. From one dashboard you serve citizens, manage customers and applications, handle money, use document tools, and — most importantly — connect with a network of expert centers across the state to send and receive work. Skilled at a service? Earn by processing it for other centers. Don't offer a service? Forward it to a center that does. Everything is tracked, time-logged and secure.
One network connecting every center across the state
You send work you can't do to expert centers — and earn by receiving work you can.

Serve citizens
Capture enquiries from your public profile, keep a searchable customer record, and process every government/citizen service as a tracked application.
Network with centers
Forward applications to expert centers that handle services you don't — or become an expert center yourself and receive work from across the network.
Earn more
Add income on top of your walk-in business: process inbound applications, run document tools, refer other centers, and become a priority coordinator.
Work faster
Built-in PDF, image, photo-print and card tools, autofill defaults, forms library and a single wallet for payments — no extra software needed.

How the Platform Works
Introduction · The flow
At the centre of E-Sevai Pro is the center-to-center application flow. A citizen request becomes an application that you either process yourself or forward to a coordinating ('expert') center. The cost is held safely from your wallet and released to the receiving center only when the work is completed — so both sides are protected.
Other outcomes
Sent back for corrections. No refund — fix & resubmit to the same center.
Center B can't process it. The held amount is refunded to the sender.
Auto-recalled after the due date if you set auto pull-back. Sender refunded.

How to do it
1 · Create
Center A creates an application from a service, enquiry or customer record and uploads the citizen's documents. It starts as SAVED.
2 · Forward (optional)
If Center A doesn't handle the service, it forwards the application to a coordinating Center B — picking from a list that shows each center's rating and price. The full cost is debited and held from Center A's wallet; the application becomes OUTGOING (pending acceptance).
3 · Accept & process
Center B accepts (IN_PROGRESS), does the work on the government portal, and marks it APPLIED — recording a reference/acknowledgement number. The held funds are now released as earnings to Center B.
4 · Complete
Center A checks the government result and marks the application COMPLETED. Other outcomes along the way: RETURNED (sent back for corrections → RESUBMITTED), REJECTED (refunded to Center A), or AUTO-PULLED (recalled and refunded if a deadline is missed).
Common situations
Why money is held, not paid immediately
Forwarding holds the cost in escrow from the sender's wallet. It is only released to the receiver when they mark the work APPLIED. On reject, manual pull-back, or a missed deadline, the sender is refunded automatically — so neither side can lose out.
Open the diagram and zoom in to follow every status. The same flow is summarised inside the app under Applications → 'How this works'.
How You Earn on E-Sevai Pro
Earning Income · Start here to earn
E-Sevai Pro is built to help your center make money — not just manage it. There are five ways to earn, and most centers combine several. You can work from home or from your shop; all you need is expertise in a service and a wallet to get started.
Your accumulated earnings

1. Process inbound applications (core earning)
Become a coordinator for services you're expert in. Other centers forward those applications to you; you complete them on the government portal, mark them Applied, and the Service Charge + Government Fee is credited to your Revenue balance. The more services you coordinate and the faster you act, the more you earn.
2. Be the priority / expert center
When a center sets you as their default coordinator for a service, every matching application flows to you automatically. Strong ratings and quick turnaround get you chosen first by centers across the network.
3. Your own local & online services
Keep serving walk-in citizens directly — applications you handle yourself, plus everyday counter income (Xerox, printing, photo prints, scanning, binding). Log it under Revenue so your true profit is visible.
4. Document tools & forms
Use the built-in PDF, image, photo-printing and card-cutter tools to deliver paid jobs in minutes, and the forms library to serve requests instantly — no extra software or subscriptions.
5. Refer & earn
Invite other centers with your link or QR code. When a referred center is approved and makes its first recharge, a referral bonus is credited to your wallet.
How to do it
Mark the services you're expert in
In Services & Pricing, turn on the Coordinator toggle for each service you can process for others, and set your Service Charge. This lists you so other centers can forward that work to you.
Keep your wallet topped up
A small balance lets you forward your own customers' applications for services you don't handle — and keeps your account active to receive inbound work.
Act fast on inbound work
Accept inbound applications quickly, complete them on the portal, and mark them Applied to release your earnings. Fast, reliable centers get more forwards.
Withdraw your earnings
Your earnings collect in your Revenue balance. Transfer them to your spendable Wallet, or request a withdrawal to your bank/UPI from the Revenue & Expenses page.
Common situations
Earning from home
You don't need a shopfront. If you're skilled at a service, accept inbound applications from anywhere, process them online, and earn — ideal for freelancers, students and operators working from home.
How much does it cost to start?
There's no fee to add a service or to become an expert center. A free trial unlocks everything; after that the free Essential plan keeps core forwarding and earning available, and Pro/Premium waive the per-application platform fee.
The fastest path to steady income: become a coordinator for 3–5 services you know well, respond to inbound work within minutes, and keep a clean track record. Ratings drive how often centers pick you.
Earnings are released only when inbound work is marked Applied. Returns and rejections don't earn — so check documents carefully before you accept.
Set Up & Get Approved
Getting Started · Start here
Create your center profile, choose the services you offer, and submit it for approval. Your dashboard unlocks once a platform administrator approves your center.

How to do it
Enter your center details
Fill in your center name, profile URL (slug), mobile, WhatsApp, email, full address (state → district → taluk → post office → pincode) and an optional About section, profile photo and banner.
Choose the services you offer
Select the government/citizen services your center provides. These appear on your public profile and let citizens find you.
Choose services you can process for others (optional)
Mark services you are willing to receive from other centers. This makes you a 'coordinator' for those services so other centers can forward applications to you.
Accept the terms and submit
Tick the Terms & Conditions and click Submit for Approval. You can also Save Draft and finish later.
Wait for approval
Your center moves to PENDING_APPROVAL. An administrator reviews it; once APPROVED your dashboard and public profile go live.
Common situations
If your submission is rejected
You'll see the rejection reason at the top of the onboarding form. Fix the highlighted issues and resubmit — no need to re-enter everything.
Editing after approval
Changing service prices applies immediately. Changing profile details (name, address, photos) moves you to PENDING_UPDATE — the public keeps seeing your last approved profile until the change is reviewed.
Pick a short, memorable profile URL (slug). It becomes your public link: /center/your-slug — easy to share on WhatsApp and printed materials.
Dashboard Overview
Getting Started · Home
Your home screen summarises wallet balance, service earnings, profit, and the status of your applications at a glance. Use the date filter (Today / Month / Year / Overall) to re-scope the numbers.

How to do it
Balance card
Shows your live Wallet (spendable) balance and Service (revenue) balance. Click through to the Wallet or Revenue pages.
Profit card
Net profit = earnings − expenses for the selected period (available on plans with revenue analytics).
Applications & Incoming
Status breakdown (pending / approved / rejected) for the applications you sent and the ones forwarded to you.
Action items & announcements
Upcoming due dates and the latest platform / government announcements appear here so nothing is missed.
If you're on a free trial, a banner shows the days remaining. Upgrade before it ends to keep premium tools unlocked.
Customers (CRM)
Daily Operations · Records
Keep a searchable record of every citizen you serve, including how many services you've processed for each. Higher plans add secure ID fields and file-location tracking.

How to do it
Add a customer
Click Add Customer and enter at least a full name and mobile number. Email and notes are optional.
Store extra details (Pro/Premium)
On higher plans you can also save Aadhaar, PAN, CAN numbers and a local/Google-Drive file path so you can find a citizen's documents instantly.
Search & edit
Find anyone by name or mobile, click to edit, and view their full service history on the customer detail page.
Common situations
Duplicate detection
When you add a customer (or convert an enquiry) with a phone/email that already exists, the system warns you so you don't create duplicates.
Services & Pricing
Daily Operations · Setup
Set what you charge for each service, decide which services you accept from other centers (coordinator), and optionally pick a default partner center to auto-forward to.

How to do it
Set your prices
For each service, edit the Government Fee and your Service Charge. The Total = Platform Fee + Government Fee + Service Charge is shown automatically.
Understand the platform fee
A small platform fee applies per forwarded application on the free plan and is waived (₹0) on Trial, Pro and Premium plans.
Become a coordinator
Turn on the Coordinator toggle for a service to let other centers forward those applications to you (and earn the service + government fee when you complete them).
Set a default coordinator (optional)
Pick one partner center to automatically receive every application you create for a service, with optional due date, auto pull-back, customer-info sharing and instructions.
Use 'Reset to Default Pricing' to revert all your service prices to the platform defaults in one click. Your coordinator settings are not affected.
Service Applications
Daily Operations · Core
Every citizen request is tracked as an application that moves through clear stages. Create one, process it yourself, or forward it to a coordinating center.

How to do it
Create an application
Start from a service, an enquiry, or the customer record. Capture the citizen's details and documents. It is saved with status SAVED.
Process or forward
Handle it yourself and mark it Completed, or forward it to a coordinating center (see 'Forward to Another Center').
Track the status
Follow each application as it moves between stages. Use the filters/tabs to focus on what needs action.
Common situations
Application stages explained
SAVED (created, not yet sent) → OUTGOING (forwarded, awaiting the other center) → IN_PROGRESS (they're working on it) → APPLIED (they submitted it on the portal) → COMPLETED. Other outcomes: RETURNED (sent back for corrections), RESUBMITTED, REJECTED, or AUTO_PULLED (recalled after a missed deadline).
Forward to Another Center
Daily Operations · Network
Don't handle a particular service? Forward the application to a center that does. The cost is held safely from your wallet and released to them only when they complete the work.
How to do it
Open the Forward popup
On a SAVED, returned, or auto-pulled application, click Forward. Search and select a coordinating center — each option shows the exact price.
Set the options
Optionally add a due date (with auto pull-back), notes for the receiver, and choose whether to share the customer's contact details.
Confirm — funds are held
Your wallet is debited for Service Charge + Government Fee + Platform Fee. This is held in escrow; the application becomes OUTGOING.
Auto-forward & bulk forward
If you set a default coordinator for the service, applications go there automatically. To send many at once, select multiple and use Bulk Forward — it previews the total cost and blocks the run if your wallet can't cover it.
Common situations
The receiver returns it for corrections
Your first resubmission to the same center is free. A second or later resubmission charges only the platform fee — not the full service cost again.
You need to cancel a forward
Use Pull Back while the application is still OUTGOING (before the other center accepts it). Your held funds are fully refunded. Once they start work, pull-back is no longer possible.
The receiver misses the deadline
If you set a due date with auto pull-back, the application is automatically recalled after the deadline and your money is refunded.
Forwarding requires enough wallet balance to cover the full cost up front. Top up your wallet before bulk-forwarding many applications.
Inbound Applications
Daily Operations · Earn
Applications other centers forward to you appear here. Accept them, do the work on the government portal, and your earnings are credited to your Revenue balance.

How to do it
Accept the application
An incoming application arrives as OUTGOING from the sender. Accept it to move it to IN_PROGRESS and begin work.
Process and mark Applied
Complete the submission on the relevant portal, then mark it APPLIED (you can record an acknowledgement number). This settles payment: the Service + Government fee is credited to your Revenue balance.
Return or reject if needed
If documents are wrong, Return it to the sender for corrections. If it can't be done, Reject it — the sender's held funds are refunded.
The faster you act on inbound work, the better. If the sender set a deadline you'll get reminders before it expires.
Service Enquiries
Daily Operations · Leads
Citizens who find your public profile can send an enquiry without logging in. Those leads land here, ready to convert into a customer or an application.

How to do it
Review new enquiries
Each enquiry shows the citizen's name, phone, the service they're interested in, and their message.
Add as customer
Convert the enquiry into a customer record (with duplicate detection) so you can track future work.
Convert to application
Turn the enquiry directly into a service application, pre-filled with what the citizen submitted.
Wallet
Money & Earnings · Billing
You have two balances: a Spendable (Wallet) balance you top up to pay for forwards and tools, and a Revenue balance where your earnings collect. Every movement is logged.

How to do it
Top up instantly
Add funds by UPI / card via the online gateway — credited immediately to your spendable balance.
Top up manually
Pay by bank/QR transfer and upload the screenshot. An administrator approves it, then the amount is credited.
Move earnings to spendable
Use Transfer to Spendable to move money from your Revenue balance into your Wallet so you can spend it on forwards or tools.
Read the ledger
Every deposit, forward payment, earning, refund and transfer is listed with its type and context.
Common situations
Money held for a forward
When you forward an application, the cost is debited and held. It is settled to the receiver when they complete the work, or refunded to you on reject / pull-back / missed deadline.
Revenue & Expenses
Money & Earnings · Accounts
A simple profit & loss view for your center. Log day-to-day income (xerox, printing, etc.) and expenses (rent, electricity…), and request withdrawals of your earnings.

How to do it
Log manual income
Record cash income like Xerox, Print Out, Photo Print, Spiral Binding or Scanning so your profit figure is complete.
Log expenses
Add expenses such as Rent, Electricity, Internet, Supplies, Marketing or Salary to track real profit.
Request a withdrawal
Withdraw from your Revenue balance via UPI/Bank. Enter the amount and payment details; an administrator processes it and the amount leaves your Revenue balance once approved.
Only one withdrawal request can be pending at a time. Wait for it to be processed before creating another.
Refer & Earn
Money & Earnings · Growth
Invite other centers with your unique link or QR code. When a referred center is approved and makes its first recharge, a reward is credited to your wallet.

How to do it
Share your link
Copy your invite link, share it on WhatsApp, or download your QR code. It carries your referral code automatically.
They sign up & get approved
Track each referral's progress: Filling details → Awaiting approval → Approved (pending recharge).
Earn your reward
Once the referred center is approved and recharges, your reward is credited as a Referral Bonus in your wallet.
Referral credit can be spent on forwards, tools and document downloads. It is not withdrawable to a bank account.
Document Tools
Documents & Tools · Utilities
A built-in toolkit for the everyday work of a service center: edit PDFs, prepare photos, print ID layouts and cut cards — all inside your browser.

PDF Editor
Merge, split, rotate, reorder and delete pages; compress to hit portal size limits; convert images↔PDF and PDF→Word; crop, fix tilt, add text, images, page numbers, watermarks and signatures.
Image Editor
Rotate, crop, resize and adjust (brightness, contrast, saturation, etc.); remove or blur the background (fast in-browser or higher-accuracy options) and apply standard photo backgrounds; export as JPG/PNG/WebP.
Photo Printing
Lay out passport, stamp, Aadhaar, Voter ID and PAN-size photos onto A4 or photo sheets (8-up, 16-up, 32-up or a combo) with margins, DPI and cut guides for clean printing.
Card Cutter
Extract the front and back of ID cards from a scan or PDF — automatically for known card types or by drawing the regions manually — and arrange them for PVC card printing.
Some advanced and AI-assisted tool options depend on your plan. If a tool is locked, you'll see an upgrade prompt explaining what unlocks it.
Forms Library
Documents & Tools · Resources
A searchable library of ready-to-use government application forms and templates you can preview and download.

How to do it
Find a form
Search by name or browse by category, then open the protected preview to check it's the right one.
Download
On the free plan a small per-form fee may apply (debited from your wallet); on Pro/Premium downloads are free and unlimited. You can re-download a form you've already paid for.
Autofill Defaults
Documents & Tools · Speed
Save the values you type most often — your district, taluk, ward, franchise/CSC code and standard service charge — so new application forms start pre-filled.

How to do it
Set regional defaults
Enter your usual District, Taluk and Village/Ward.
Set operational defaults
Add your portal/franchise code and a standard service charge, then Save. These pre-fill where applicable to speed up data entry.
Your Public Profile
Your Center & Team · Visibility
Every approved center gets a public page citizens can open without logging in — like a business profile. It shows your services, address, contact options and an enquiry button.

How to do it
Share your link
Your profile lives at /center/your-slug. Use the Share button or WhatsApp to send it to citizens; it's also indexed by search engines.
Keep it updated
Edit your About text, photos, contacts and offered services from Settings. Profile changes go through a quick review before they're public.
Receive enquiries
Citizens use the Enquiry button on your profile to send a request, which arrives in your Service Enquiries inbox.
